Jessica focuses on representing buyers and sellers in the Portola Valley, Atherton, Menlo Park, Redwood City and Woodside markets. She prides herself on helping buyers successfully get into homes that they love and helping sellers maximize sale price with an efficient sale process.
Jessica started her career as the in-house realtor for Miller Steil in 2004. Shortly after joining, she became a design consultant on their new home construction projects. Jessica’s strong aesthetic sense and eye for detail helped Miller Steil create finished homes that were beautiful, inside and out.
While she has always worked as a realtor, in 2010, Jessica began to leverage her design expertise and market knowledge to remodel and develop houses on her own, separate from the homes that were being built by Miller Steil. On her own projects, she handles every detail including space planning, budgeting, interior and lighting design and construction management. She also stages, markets and sells the homes. Her skill set has resulted in a profit on every project she has undertaken, even in adverse market conditions.
Her end-to-end design and development experience in both new construction and remodeling homes gives Jessica the distinct ability to advise her clients on all aspects of the real estate process, including assisting buyers on purchases, assisting sellers on preparing their homes for resale, and marketing properties for sale. She is known for her high energy and responsiveness, extensive knowledge, and dedication to bringing a holistic focus to her client’s needs.
She moved to Portola Valley in in 2011 and began to focus on the Portola Valley real estate market where she has emerged as one of the top agents. She lives in (and loves) Portola Valley, along with her husband, son, and two rescue pups. Jessica is thoroughly invested in the community.
